Recently, State Legislators have approved Remote Online Notarizations. With new audio and visual technologies, clients can now sit in the comfort of their own home and electronically sign documents in the prescence of a Commissioned Notary Public. Doesn't matter where you live in the USA, the Notarizations are perfectly legal in all 50 States.
1) Send us your unsigned document(s) needing notarized along with any other instructions you might have. PDF files preferred. Emailed or SMS
2) One of our Notaries will prep your document for notarization and email you an invitation to one of the Remote Online Notarization Platforms like 'notarize.com' or 'onenotary.org'
3) Once on the R.O.N. platform you will be prompted through an Identification Verification Process. ID processing should take about 10 minutes.
4) When your ID is verified, you will go live, face to face with a Commissioned Notary Public where you will electronically sign. Usually takes just a few minutes.
5) The Notary will also sign, stamp and seal the document with tamper evident software. Once payment is made, your notarized document(s) can be downloaded and/or emailed to you.
